Solution

With our solution we:

- Created an extra 3 bedroom unit downstairs, which added value and utilised the previously unused space, while securing the laundry and garage areas

- Renovated the existing units and block achieving an increased ROI in excess of current market standards

- Customised the look and feel of the block to the current trends of the area increasing its appeal and desirability

Our research indicated:

- That by adding an extra bathroom to a unit in this area increased the returns by 20%, and was a desirable commodity for the single professionals sharing

- The area consisted of 60% house buyers, and 3 bedroom units were a less expensive option of entering that market

- The GFA on site was under utilised and could be expanded with no loss to liveability

- The existing unit complex was not in keeping with the local area and required an update

Solution

With our solution we:

- Renovated and added a bathroom to 2 existing units increasing returns and desirability with the sharing professionals

- Renovated and added a bedroom and bathroom to the other 2 existing units, increasing returns and desirability for sharing professionals and people wanting to enter the housing market

- Renovated the outside of the complex to bring it inline with the surrounding area and utilized the remaining GFA with increased garage and storage facilities

Solution

With our solution we:

- Totally renovated the existing units and complex

- Ensured the complex look and feel was in keeping with the local area and provided secure communal facilities by adding fencing and a remote front security gate

- Added a furniture package to each unit increasing the rental returns and desirability for the seasonal work market

- Added a new stream of income to the complex with holiday makers who wanted good quality fully furnished accommodation

- Provided additional onsite car parking to help alleviate on street parking issues

- Provided real ROI increases while keeping rent and prices affordable
