Gavin has the unique ability to not only understand and interpret direction as it is laid down, but to invent and proactively custom systems for business to avoid future complication. He is a unique juxtaposition of idea-translator and guru, systems designer and earth-man. He is, without a doubt, this developers’ environmental conscience.

Steph the Cruncher

Tracking and organizing the millions in turn-over every year, Leesa is a highly organized, systems-lead money-minder. She elegantly and successfully carries the burden of translating finance into action, calculating interest, balancing cash flow… not to mention paying the bills [and the Team!]. With the ability to speak the language of money, this efficient Cruncher is the financial reporter for the team…..and also our resident rock star.
