Andre BAX is the founding Director of the Bax Property Group, a company dedicated to creating quality spaces for life, style and investment.

From small beginnings into the property investment, renovation and joinery industry over 10 years ago has since evolved into business success, through application of some creative, innovative and proven strategies.

During this time, Andre has owned and managed a large interior design and manufacturing business, renovated a number of houses, residential unit blocks, town houses and hotels, and also undertaken several successful land subdivisions. He has also consulted to developer clients on commercial property acquisitions and refurbishments, as well as establishing several new and successful businesses including furniture and appliance retailing.

In 2007 the Bax Property Group was listed number 14 on the “BRW Fastest 100” growing businesses in Australia.

In addition to an extensive portfolio of projects successfully completed over the past ten years, Andre has spoken at numerous conferences both in Australia and Internationally.

These include engagements in the UK, United States and more recently Malaysia. His dynamic presentation, solid knowledge of the property industry, dynamic prosperity principles and pure enthusiasm combine to inspire, inform and assist attendees to rise to new levels.
