Bax Property was formed from a passion for renovating!
From our humble beginnings renovating our first house in Durack on the outskirts of Brisbane the journey began. Armed with a ton of enthusiasm and a little skill the first project was completed and thankfully profitable. Many years later and many successful projects later and a few not so successful we finally found our niche market.
Our team loves the creative ability you need to turn maintenance deferred buildings into new, modern, stylish quality apartments. We do everything from removing the roof and adding extra units, to adding extra bathrooms, bedrooms and decks to existing structures, rendering and painting the exterior facade and totally renovating the interior with new kitchens, bathrooms, air-conditioning, light fittings, painting and floor coverings. If there is a way to improve the property we usually find it. Once the project is finished our clients have great investments that hopefully will grow their personal wealth for many years. Our tenants are also happy living in their new, modern well appointed apartments close to all the facilities their lifestyle demands.
